This hypnosis session addresses all of the following to provide relief for you this time of year.

- Balanced Choices: Aim to balance indulgent foods with healthier options like fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins.
- Setting Limits: Establish boundaries for yourself regarding how much you'll eat and stick to them.
- Planning Ahead: If you're attending a gathering, consider eating a healthy snack beforehand to prevent overindulgence.
- Stress Management: Finding alternative ways to cope with stress, such as exercise, meditation, or talking to someone, can prevent stress-related eating.
