It's association, but certainly not addiction. This is also why most people don't experience these triggers in altered environments or times where they used to smoke. Since the routine has changed, so has the behavior.

Stop Smoking Private 1-1 Private Sessions
Our ACCELERATED program is a one-on-one session and is designed for the person who is highly motivated to quit smoking. This person has had enough of this highly self-destructive habit, and is ready for a new start.
Two sessions are scheduled within 2-3 days apart. You must attend both sessions even though you will probably Stop Smoking after the first session. You need the second one to make it permanent. It is so easy helping our clients stop smoking after the first session that we have started a new policy! Now we insist our clients pay for the second session in advance. This gives them incentive to return. We want you to be a non-smoker for life. YOUR success is OUR success!
